What I love about Laura is that she always meets me where I am. Like many new businesses I had developed to a certain level of success, but had reached a plateau that I couldn't seem to move off of. I met and began working with Laura a year ago. Entering into a group coaching environment really has been a terrific and rewarding experience, one uniquely but valuably different than one-on-one coaching.  As part of the group, I've had the opportunity to develop relationships with peers who are equally driven to achieving a healthy, balanced life, one centered on understanding your
personal (and professional) needs and looking at paths to achieving those needs.  What's been great is our group is a mixture of folks at different stages along this path, so we've been able to both identify with each other (been there, done that) and provide feedback and input (and sometimes, graceful nudging) in moving forward.

Laura has a great sense of where each member is, and within one to two sessions, has everyone feeling comfortable and in a trusted environment so we were able to quickly dig into the subject matters we're eager to embrace.  Because of the valued relationships, we've all been able to adapt our sessions to, for example, meet one person's required focus, or 'go around the group' to ensure each person has the ability to contribute and stimulate further thinking.  We now know enough about one another to not let anyone off the hook, contact each other in-between for added support, inquiries, etc., and continue to deepen the conversations we're having.

Our tri-monthly 'love-fests' are a nice testament to each other and the group's value, encouraging us to recognize each other's strengths and contributions and the steps we've advanced along the path and, finally, to recommit to the goals we've set before us.  I highly encourage what I call, 'emotional or personal networking.'  :-)
